Resilience is here 24/7 with trained nurses and advocates, providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to survivors of sexual assault through medical exams, advocacy, and support. Our empowering services help survivors regain control over their lives—something that was taken from them during the assault. Sexual assault is an act of power and control, stripping away a survivor's autonomy and sense of safety. At Resilience, we work to restore that autonomy by offering survivors the freedom to make their own choices, on their own terms, and at their own pace. Every step of the healing journey is their choice, with all options, including law enforcement involvement, completely optional. We also offer therapy, support groups, and unwavering encouragement tailored to each survivor's needs. Your donation ensures we can continue to provide these life-changing, survivor-centered services. Join us in empowering survivors and rebuilding lives—donate today at https://lnkd.in/g4zf9QDU.

On Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honor the lives lost to violence and stand with transgender and non-binary survivors of abuse. Transgender individuals face disproportionately high rates of intimate partner violence, including physical, emotional, and verbal abuse, often compounded by discrimination and violence in society. Many survivors face unique barriers to support, including fear of discrimination from law enforcement, service providers, and even their own families. Resilience is committed to creating a safer, more inclusive world where everyone, regardless of gender identity, can live free from violence. We will continue to fight for safety, justice, and healing for ALL survivors.
