"A packed event for the Film industry isn't necessarily a good sign" This is what I was telling ppl. at a recent event. Let me explain: You see....In the film industry, bringing people together can be a challenge due to hectic schedules and constant travel. Typically, the best time to gather is during the holiday season at the end of the year. Over the past year, things have been relatively calm in the industry ever since the writers and actors strikes last summer. However, the recent event organized by SANJ (Screen Alliance of NJ) was a hopping! It wasn't just about the attendees; there was an undeniable buzz in the air about what's in store for New Jersey! The proof that it's getting busy..... I didn't have time to write this post till now. Almost 2 weeks later! ?? Got to see all the usuals players in the NJ Film scene. Gannon Murphy, Daniel Basso, William Gruccio, Aldey Sanchez, Nick Day, and Keith Gordon ( The SANJ team) The NJ Motion Picture Commission team Jon Crowley, David W. S., and Janice Kovach Diane Raver, Bruno Barros, Amer H., Xander Paradise , Zakk Paradise, Anthony Curry... Then some new faces..... for me. Wendy S. Congrats to Sony Pictures Entertainment and Wayfarer Studios on the release of It Ends With Us ??today. Little Story here: Although we rented them space for quite some time ,due to the strikes last summer..... I actually showed lot's of properties for another film that got cancelled due to a main actress jumping ship to this film. (And having a baby during that time ??) Justin Baldoni Andrea Ajemian Nick Pizzino, Kaila Ramos, Matthew Fleischman great working with you guys on this one! I believe that a key reason they filmed in NJ was to be close to home, is that right Ryan Reynolds ? #filmlocationguy #njfilm

If you watched #Dumbmoney on Netflix . You may have noticed some of our locations. Like the Robinhood office in "CA " Office of Gabe Plotkin (Seth Rogen) in "Florida" And The Hospital Scenes in "Pittsburgh" Of course. All in NJ! I had actually shown the scout 10 office properties for another film. That film got scrapped and he ended up on this job. As they say... the rest is history. #filmlocationguy

We are currently looking for warehouses for multiple shoots in NY and NJ some for 1 day and some for a few days. So when someone sent me this warehouse that's vacant , I said: "It looks great but won't work for any of the requests" Why not? Well.... It's not in the right location. But hey! It may be in the right location for you or someone you know that's looking for warehousing! 9000 sf of Vacant Warehouse , Located in Franklin NJ Plenty of parking as well.
