The results sparked some spirited discussions around the office. Here's how the votes shook out: 👉 Elf: 12% 👉 Christmas Vacation: 25%(tied for first!) 👉 Miracle on 34th Street: 3% 👉 Love Actually: 6% 👉 The Holiday: 0% 👉 Die Hard: 25% (tied for first!) 👉 It’s a Wonderful Life: 9% 👉 One not listed here: 17% The biggest debate.... Is Die Hard a Christmas movie? It made it to the top of the list, but not without stirring some strong opinions. Some say it's a definitive holiday classic; others argue it doesn’t fit the festive bill. Mario, who provided the financial foundation for our company, was much more than a business mentor—he was the embodiment of the values that drive Research Results today. A lifelong grocery man, MAZ instilled his belief that “the customer is always right, even when they’re not” to all he worked with, and shaped our approach to building lasting relationships with both clients and employees. The MAZ Friendship Award (“The Mazzy”) recognizes an employee who excels in fostering genuine connections, reflecting Mario’s commitment to friendship, partnership, and the human element of business.
