Therapy has taught me that you can’t keep bleeding on people who didn’t cut you. The only way to stop the bleeding is to heal—and surround yourself with folks who are doing the same work. This photo dump is a love letter to the incredible humans I’ve had the joy to live life with over the past few weeks. We deserve light. We deserve love. And we absolutely deserve to be seen—fully, loudly, and unapologetically—everywhere we show up. Including the places we learn and work. This is why diversity matters. Because life is only worth living when everyone gets to live fully in it.

Join us! Trinity Christiana Terry and I have been spending all our free time getting this program up and running for the grant we secured and all is ready! We started Q1 and met all our goals! Can’t wait to have more friends join the community ?

One of the things I am most proud of is the ability to give my children experiences I could have only dreamed of when I was their age. To see the world through their eyes, to watch their imaginations ignite with possibilities I never had, is the most rewarding accomplishment of all. Bringing them to events like the Greater Nashville Technology Council Awards means so is about showing them what’s possible, about surrounding them with people they can look up to. It’s about letting them see firsthand that success is not a solo journey—it’s a community effort. When one of us wins, we all win. I was thrilled to share dinner with Sam Zaza and felt pride when Jeremy West, PMP. CSM. SSM. took home the award. Congratulations, Jeremy! You earned it! Also, shoutout to Bugle for the awesome work you’re doing. Nashville never disappoints ???? We ALL WIN because every victory lifts us all.
