These industries are embracing cutting-edge apps and elegant solutions to streamline their daily tasks, submit critical documents, and crunch financial reports. Meanwhile, in the realm of public education, Excel spreadsheets, non-auto-filling PDFs, and reaching out to state agencies via email or phone still seem to be the norm. Why?!
