Terri Cook, from our restoration department, has reached an impressive 30 years of service with us! Terri’s unwavering commitment and expertise have been invaluable to our team and our customers over the decades. She is an expert master sculptor of collectibles and other products. Ivka Parenta in our fulfillment department, marks 25 years of service. Ivka’s diligence and dedication have played a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for orders processed for delivery to our customers. Veso Vujnovic, a member of our warehousing team, also celebrates 25 years of service. Veso’s reliability and performance in our warehousing operations have been instrumental in our success. Together, Terri, Ivka, and Veso have contributed a remarkable 80 years of combined service in helping our customers create memorable experiences. Their loyalty, hard work, and passion for excellence are truly inspiring to all of us. Please join me in congratulating Terri, Ivka, and Veso on these incredible milestones! We are so proud to celebrate one of our June Employees of the Month, Kit. Kit joined us in our china inventory department in 2023 and has already been recognized by a peer for their teamwork. That coworker nominated Kit sharing that "Kit is always a bright spot in our day. They are incredibly hard-working and have recently taken on new roles in the department with enthusiasm. Kit never says no, always asking how they can help. We appreciate their collaborative spirit and dedication to learning new things. Kit is a fantastic person and a vital part of our team. We are thrilled to share that Felton Flumo from our polishing department received his US Citizenship on May 24th! Felton came to the US from Liberia in 2007, seeking better opportunities for himself and his family. His journey with our company began that same year as a temporary employee. By 2008, he became a full-time member of our team, and he has been with us for almost 17 years! Throughout the years, Felton has shared his incredible skills and talents with us, contributing to our success. Being so new to the US in 2007, Felton shared that the support from Replacements was instrumental in helping him get established in the community and enabled him to purchase his first car. We are proud to celebrate Felton and his incredible achievement. Congratulations, Felton! Your hard work and dedication inspire us all.
