Repkon USA is thrilled to welcome Dennis Trevillyan to the team as our Director of Quality Engineering. Dennis has over 35 years of experience in Engineering and Quality management in the automotive and defense industries. Prior to joining Repkon USA Dennis was the Senior Director of Quality for the General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems Northeast Pennsylvania Operations where he was responsible for four facilities producing large caliber artillery and mortars ammunition metal parts. Dennis has also held positions in Engineering and Quality management responsible for the production and development of large caliber direct fire ammunition and automotive safety products.?We’re excited about the valuable contributions he will bring to our team.

Repkon USA is thrilled to welcome Michael Nave to the team as our Chief Technology Officer - Defense. Michael has over 25 years of experience as an engineer in the defense industry supporting a broad range of weapon and armament systems. He has lead efforts in R&D/product development, transition to production and large scale manufacturing. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University and an MBA from Rollins College. In his spare time, Michael is working on a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. We are looking forward to all the great contributions he will make to our team.

Repkon USA is thrilled to announce we have been awarded a contract by the United States Army, valued at $435M, for the construction and operation of the first U.S. domestic facility to produce Trinitrotoluene (TNT) in the United States since the 1980’s. TNT is a critical explosive for items ranging from 155mm artillery rounds to aircraft bombs for the Air Force.?This award, funded in part by the 2024 Ukraine Supplemental, secures the DOD’s munitions supply from a domestic source for decades to come. We would like to thank United States Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell for his attendance yesterday as we announced the project to our new friends and neighbors in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, and his continued leadership on bringing important defense capabilities to bear for our country.

Today, Maj. Gen. John T. Reim joined U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell and Bryan Van Brunt, President of Repkon USA, to announce a $435 million contract awarded to Repkon USA. This contract funds the design, construction, and commissioning of a TNT production facility in Graham, Kentucky. “Today marks the beginning of the return of TNT production to American soil—a capability we have not had since 1986,” said Maj. Gen. John T. Reim, Joint Program Executive Officer for Armaments and Ammunition. “This historic initiative underscores our commitment to strengthening national security and reducing reliance on foreign sources for critical materials. Establishing a domestic source of TNT is a vital step toward building resilience within our Defense Industrial Base, ensuring our armed forces have timely access to essential resources.”
