Had a wonderful time meeting with Paige Neumann, Grace McGraw, and Shreyas Dalal. I was able to hear about their experiences at UT Dallas, their work with Turning Point USA, and the attack they endured while on campus by a mentally ill and violent fellow student. This violence must not be tolerated, it demands expulsion and full criminal prosecution to send the proper message. Paige, Grace, and Shreyas are passionate, patriotic students who serve as shining examples for others to follow. May God continue to bless them!

This week, I led a bipartisan and bicameral group to introduce legislation that will modernize our healthcare system and improve access for vulnerable populations. Thank you to Rep. Schneider, Rep. Miller-Meeks, Rep. Trahan, Senator Cornyn, and Senator Hassan for joining me to expand access to home diagnostic services. More: https://lnkd.in/gtNWR5n8

Under new, common sense leadership, the Small Business Administration is now taking steps to ensure fraudulent loans are put to an end!! Moving forward, the Small Businesses Administration will require date of birth verification, proof of citizenship, and pauses direct loans for those under 18 or over 120. Yet another step by the Trump Administration and Republicans in Congress to deliver solutions to stop the massive waste, fraud, and abuse that exists in the federal government!

We’ve seen the malicious influence of foreign funding on America’s college campuses. Today, I voted to pass the DETERRENT ACT which will bring much-needed transparency and help combat foreign influence in our universities. Congratulations to my friend Rep. Baumgartner on passing your first bill! ????
