  • Join us for an American Red Cross Blood Drive! FRIDAY, JANUARY 3, 2025 1pm – 5:45pm at Freeland SportsZone 5690 Midland Rd. Sign up today! ONLINE: redcrossblood.org (Sponsor code: FREELAND) BY PHONE: 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) Streamline your donation experience and save up to 15 minutes by visiting?https://lnkd.in/ee6bRCG?to complete your pre-donation reading and health history questions on the day of your appointment. ABOUT THE TEAM RENUE BLOOD DRIVE Renue State Street Physical Therapist Assistant Stacie Stoddard approached us about hosting a blood drive in memory of her husband Morris. Morris was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in October 2020 at 31 years of age, and passed away just 5 months later due to complications in March 2021. Stacie and Morris were high school sweethearts, and share two beautiful daughters aged 11 months and 3 years at the time of his passing. During rounds of chemo, Morris received multiple blood donations as a key part of his treatment. But the Covid pandemic generated a major blood shortage and there were times Morris was not able to get the blood he needed. This inspired Stacie to host a blood drive and give back in his memory. “Morris was the type of person who would help anyone in need,” said Stacie. “He was very kind, always positive, and generous. It’s important to me to give back in his name and help others like he would have. This will also help keep his memory alive for his kids.” Help us top the 35 units we collected at the 2023 blood drive in honor of Morris!

  • #TeamRenue enjoyed a beautiful night on the Princess Wenonah with Bay City Boat Lines last Thursday evening as part of our annual employee get-together! Over 100 people including employees and their family/friends set sail for a sunset cruise, dinner, drinks and fun, and we missed those who were not able to join us. It was wonderful to see so many faces from many Renue locations we don't get to see every day, and we hope everyone had an amazing night!
