November Employee Spotlight ?? This month, we are thrilled to spotlight our Finance Analyst, Tristin Gauger, for his outstanding contributions to our team. Tristin has played a crucial role in increasing the value of our properties through the utilization of RUBS and growing this percentage month over month throughout all of 2024. In managing our partnership with a 3rd party utility company, Tristin has reached a World Class Standard, boasting a 94% adoption rate. Tristin is always eager to expand his knowledge of property management and in Q3 he has begun creating and analyzing projects with our Operations Department to gain further financial insight behind our unit flips to ensure we are on budget. In October alone, Tristin processed 2,404 labor bills in which 100% were appropriately tied to a project. Beyond his meticulous attention to detail, Tristin has maintained an impressive phone quality score, averaging a 5.5 / 6. He consistently delivers exceptional experiences for our residents, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. We are proud to have Tristin on our team, and we look forward to seeing his continued success and contributions to our team and resident community!
