The $107 mil sale is for Soltra Kierland, located at 7111 E. Tierra Buena Lane. A trophy life sciences campus in San Diego’s Torrey Pines area traded in a $159 mil transaction. Breakthrough Properties has purchased the 186k sf MUSE property from Diversified Healthcare Trust. Substantially renovated between 2020 and 2022, MUSE is a state-of-the-art life sciences property consisting of two fully leased wet lab buildings and one vacant office building. A JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team led by Kurt Luedtke and Zac Saloff represented the seller in the transaction. JLL also arranged post-closing financing for two buildings and will continue to handle leasing for the entire MUSE campus. https://lnkd.in/gzy5zr84

Tower Capital arranged more than $85 mil in financing for BTR and multifamily projects across Texas, Arizona, Colorado and Florida. The four transactions encompass construction loans for a trio of Build-to-Rent projects along with one multifamily property equity investment. The first phase of a mixed-use development called Aggie Square on the UC Davis Health Campus in Sacramento is nearing completion. The project, a development by Wexford Science & Technology, LLC in partnership with University of California, Davis and the city of Sacramento, is located at the corner of Stockton Blvd and 2nd Ave. The entire Aggie Square project is expected to support 3,200 jobs and provide $500 mil in annual economic impact. The Cushman & Wakefield leasing team hired for the project includes local office/technology brokers Ron Thomas, Bruce Hohenhaus, and Kris Kalmbach in Sacramento together with Marc Pope and Brett Ward, who are leading members of the firm’s National Life Sciences Practice Group in Northern and Southern California. https://lnkd.in/ggmK9Brh
