Jefferson Curls: Stand with feet hip-width apart and gently curl your spine down one vertebra at a time, focusing on lengthening your spine. ? Hip Openers: Stand on one leg with the other bent at 90 degrees. Open your hip by bringing your knee outward without twisting your torso until you feel a nice stretch in your hip flexor. ? Half-Kneeling Thoracic Rotation: Get into a half-kneeling position with the leg closest to the wall. With both hands in front, rotate one arm open, reaching for the wall behind you. Exhale as you rotate and inhale as you return. ? Low Lunge: Start in a low lunge with both knees at 90 degrees. Lean forward gently to stretch your hip flexors and quads. ? Standing Extensions: Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and thumbs on your lower back. Lean back and arch your spine, focusing on comfort.
