We now employ over 40 people and operate over 2,500 units across the great state of Indiana. Renewing Management believes it is our responsibility to give back. We have donated enough money to Charity: Water to build several wells to supply clean drinking water to thousands of people. We also believe that each child deserves good nutrition, education, and medial care so each one of our properties also sponsors a child from Compassion International or Children of Promise. We are an organization that takes pride in making the world a better place and caring about the lives we touch. Started the day with our Budget Bootcamp helping coach everyone to the next level and then ended with team building at the game show BATTLE ROOMS 👏 Working hard and playing hard are vital for a balanced life. We spent some time together at the Indians baseball game! It was a fantastic opportunity to bond with our co-workers, sharing laughs and just enjoying each others company. The highlight was definitely showcasing our new renewing jerseys, which added a sense of unity and team spirit to the event! ❤️ #teambuilding #restorehope

PROPERTY SPOTLIGHT 🌟 Harter House is in Anderson, IN. It is a 55+ independent living facility located right along the White River. We offer studios and 1-bedroom apartments! Our units feature new appliances, flooring, light fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint. All of the bathrooms and kitchens have brand-new sinks and faucets as well! Harter House is a smoke-free and pet-free environment (with the exception of registered service animals). A look into our future! 🥰 You know our goal is to manage 40 properties by the year 2030!❤️Currently we are at 31 of 40. This land will be one of the next few that we take over once the project is completed. ✔️ Highland Park in Anderson, IN will hold 54 units! This Triplex design will allow us to offer ONE and TWO bedroom floor plans to our residents. We are looking forward to serving more families all across INDIANA!
