Jess Knox, asset management training coordinator, is ReWa’s featured employee for the third quarter. She’s known for providing clear, impactful data that helps teams when making decisions. She’s also the co-chair of the utility’s ReWa Gives Back volunteer program, which connects employees with volunteer opportunities in the community. The colleague who nominated her wrote, “Her teammates naturally look to her for guidance and solutions, which speaks to the high regard in which she’s held. Humble and genuinely service-oriented, Jess embodies a true servant’s heart, and we’re grateful to have her as a part of our team.”
