Our model was designed to cut through the noise of traditional recruitment processes by prioritizing quality over quantity. We’ve built our reputation on forging personalized, meaningful relationships with our clients and delivering top-tier talent tailored to their unique needs. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Recruiter who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. This role is all about relentless outreach—connecting with passive candidates and industry professionals through high-volume cold calls. If you’re someone who thrives on the hustle, can handle rejection with ease, and is ready to hammer the phones day in and day out, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Cold Call Outreach: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to identify and engage passive candidates for our clients. Source Top Talent: Use various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates. Screen and Qualify: Conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with Account Managers: Work closely with your Account Manager to identify key market segments, target skill sets, and prioritize high-potential accounts. Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry contacts to generate referrals and leads. Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activity in the CRM system. What We’re Looking For: A relentless work ethic and a thick skin for handling high-volume cold calls and rejection. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A passion for connecting with people and uncovering top talent. Experience in recruiting, sales, or other phone-intensive roles is a plus but not required. Why Join Renegade Resources?
