For our final post in this series, we're highlighting Emily Hacecky, our Assistant Project Manager: "I was working as a hotel front desk supervisor when the hotel closed for renovations, and Caritas Construction was the GC on the project. Since the front desk was not busy, the Superintendent on the project asked if I wanted to help him out, as his assistant, which I excitedly accepted. I must have done well because at the end of the project, Caritas offered me a full-time position as an APM, which I eagerly accepted. I had no previous construction experience or education, and I am continuously growing and learning each day, turning challenges into opportunites for growth." Emily's journey from front desk supervisor to Assistant Project Manager at Caritas Construction is a testament to her dedication and growth.
