Our mission is to provide theatre training, education, and wellness services to underserved youth. Our goals are to improve participants' social and emotional competencies, academic performance, and graduation rates. We want to ensure young people of all backgrounds are provided with safe spaces after school and given the opportunity to succeed. RCM's new theater after-school program will take place at the Harlem School of the Arts - working towards eliminating significant disparities based on affordability and educational development.
