Big night in NYC! ?? We hosted our first Founder Dinner and couldn’t have asked for a better group. Incredible conversations, great food, and an amazing lineup of founders and execs pushing the limits: Kenny Teng (Bluecore), Rohit Mathur (Bridge ), Mahmoud Arram (...coming soon), Katharine Lau and (Stuf Storage), Aadil Sanchawala & Ayman Talkani (InstaLabel (Techstars '24)), Jessica Cohen (SEEN Shopping), and Ali Byrd (Wecher). Huge thanks to everyone who joined—many of whom we’re proud to call customers. Here’s to more nights like this! ??

?? Expanding your talent pool means looking beyond borders. LATAM has the skills and the drive. ?? #GoWhereTheTalentIs
What most people think “Tech hub in the Americas” means: San Francisco What it also means: - S?o Paulo - Curitiba - Belo Horizonte - Rio de Janeiro - Buenos Aires - Bogotá - Mexico City - Santiago - Montevideo I could go on ?? LATAM is getting more unicorns, more talent, and more startups every year. (And it’s time-zone aligned to the US.) It would be a big mistake not to look there when you’re hiring.

Thank you for the kind words! ?? We’re proud to be shaking up the status quo and bringing much-needed transparency to the tech talent space. By putting developers first and aligning our success with the long-term success of both the engineers and our clients, we’re redefining what it means to build sustainable tech teams. ?? Excited to continue growing with forward-thinking partners like you! ?? #tech #talent #remotework #developerfirst #innovation
Remotely.works is shaking up the traditional software consulting model with a transparent, developer-first approach. This bold move provides a much-needed strategic option for companies looking to leverage top talent. By allowing 100% of the salary to go directly to developers and operating on a cost-plus model, they are rewriting the rules for the better. Their focus on tenure, retention, and a career-path for each engineer ensures long-term value for their customers. In an industry where opaque models often dominate, it’s inspiring to see a company intentionally leaving money on the table for the right reasons—ensuring both developers and customers benefit in the long run. https://lnkd.in/ePK_nAu9

We had a great #NYTW last week! Huge thanks to?Struck Capital?and all those who could attend:?meez,?blisce,?Headline,?GibsonAI and more ??
Our team had the privilege of hosting not one, but two fantastic events for #NYTW. The second of which was a one-of-a-kind dining experience at Greywind Restaurant and Bakery in partnership with Remotely.works and Atlas, a Hunt Club Company featuring our portfolio company, meez, and founder Joshua Sharkey with some of his team Maria F. Mackie, Marylee Rosenwald, and Daniel Roestorf. Thank you to all those who were able to join us, Harish Mukhami, Josh Mancher, Sam Giber, Taylor Brandt, Varun Sridhar, and Vinny Pujji for making the evening so remarkable. As always, we are so thankful for incredible ecosystem partners - Cammy Keiler, Vince Panozzo, and Pau Suris/Remotely.works. The ways in which you all come alongside founders in their journey makes all the difference. Lastly, we loved having a number of our Struck Capital team members (Adam B. Struck, Sam N. Adams, David Yoo, and Jason Tahir, and Michael Montero) together for the evening to wrap up the week's festivities.
