    Attention UK employers! 🇬🇧 Major changes in employment law are coming — here’s what you need to know: ✅ Unfair dismissal protection from day one: Employees can now claim unfair dismissal from the start, removing the previous two-year waiting period. ✅ Ending exploitative zero-hour contracts: Employers must now offer consistent and predictable hours to workers engaged in a zero or low hour contract. ✅ Flexible working requests as the default: Flexible working requests will be the standard, with exceptions only if employers can prove it is reasonably impractical.
