REMO serves two roles in the construction industry that are often intertwined: Developer/Owners Representative & General Contractor/Construction Manager. Developer/Owners Representative: We take responsibility for all aspects of your projects. We start at understanding your programmatic needs and run the process for you. The process includes retaining consultants such as architects, expeditors, engineers, etc. straight through construction to turnkey occupancy with final CofO. There are a variety of other industry experts to collaborate with in order to ensure that your final product gets you to where you need to be. These can include Lobbyists, Marketing Teams, Designers, and Management teams etc. General Contractor/Construction Manger: REMO is a licensed and insured contractor with years of experience. Some of our projects have included; Extensions to many private homes vertically and horizontally including all structural components, Class A office building outs from 3,500 square feet to 18,000 square feet, several synagogues and community centers, Commerical parking lots and garages. REMO appreciates complex projects that require critical coordination and tight timelines. Of course we’ll take the easy ones as well!
