Supporting founders and established companies in creating the next generation of great digital products

关于我们

Remedy Product Studio partners with and invests in seed to series C startups to build and scale digital products. Started by former founders and tech execs, we are the remedy to traditional outsourcing issues. We go beyond ‘the build’ and measure success during our multi-year partnerships based on business outcomes, time to market, and ROI – not feature output. Our results: partners have raised $1B+, spent 2.5x less on tech costs, and had 3 exits.

  • What separates a strong technical partnership from a weak one? ?? Daniel Schubert, CEO & Co-Founder of our partner Revuud, has seen it all. With years of experience as a founder, he has worked with both great and not-so-great partners in his time. The key to a successful partnership in his eyes? Trust. We sat down with Dan to discuss what has made our partnership over the last 2.5 years successful in increasing team velocity and efficiency. Check out a snippet from the interview to hear some of Dan’s thoughts ???? Be on the lookout for the full interview on our site soon to hear more about what Remedy and Revuud are currently building, the processes that have ensured high-quality output and velocity, and tangible tips for creating that trust ?? P.S. Igor "Iggy" Moliver is right, team-wide barbecues are a good way to go. If you want to chat more about product processes (or barbecues), you can book 1:1 time with Iggy, our Head of Product, here: https://lnkd.in/gkHnaUGN

  • Who says innovation can only occur with billion-dollar budgets? DeepSeek trained a top AI model for just $6M, proving that smart resource management can beat deep pockets. The lesson here for startups: resource efficiency wins ?? Having spent 12+ years partnering with startups to build and scale products leanly (without sacrificing vision or quality), we’ve learned a thing or two about how to do a lot with less. Check out our newest blog “What DeepSeek Teaches Startups About Resource Efficiency” to read some of our recommendations on how to maximize your: ??Builds – Make every sprint as impactful and strategic as possible so you’re not wasting build time? ??Team – Craft an agile and flexible team structure from the jump so you can pivot with minimal waste ??Dollar – Make your dollar go further with alternative financing opportunities that bring bonus benefits Read the full blog post here: https://lnkd.in/eZd7ya-5

  • Product and tech strategy are part of the JD of any founder. But it can be hard to navigate the noise and stand up a lean product process — especially if it’s not your area of expertise (and even if it is). If you’re in NYC, join us the evening of April 3 as Product Professor Igor "Iggy" Moliver, our Head of Product and Strategy, leads a workshop about creating a process that leads to big impact with less effort. Bring your questions — you'll get the chance to raise any current product challenges and strategize solutions with the group. Shoutout to Inkle for co-hosting the event with us ?? • The most popular convo topic at our last Techie Tapas event? You guessed it: AI. That’s why we’re excited for the NYC AI Agent Conference 2025 by FirsthandVC and NYSE in May. Join us to spend a day discussing how agentic AI is shaping various industries, including bio & healthcare, fintech, commerce, and more. If you spot Jess Schram — our Director of Investments and Incubations — there, don’t be shy! We love connecting with the Remedy community IRL. • What’s better than a day of sipping wine with one of our partners? A day sipping wine with two ???? Last week, a handful of Remedy teammates headed down to Philly to spend time with our partners Sommsation and Halter Ranch. We discussed upcoming product builds and team workflows (over a blind wine tasting and charcuterie, of course). A big thanks to the Sommsation team for hosting us — and for the wine.? If you want to learn more about what Sommsation and Remedy have built to-date, check out the case study here: https://lnkd.in/gEujKs4e

  • VC dollars are just one piece of the puzzle — we’re big fans of mixing up funding strategies ?? One alternative financing option we’re particularly fond of is equity-for-service investments (shocker, we know). At Remedy, we invest by delivering product resources in exchange for minority ownership. The main benefits:? ??Saves you $ and extends your runway? ??Aligns incentives ??Increases team flexibility? ????Reduces overhead management A question Jess Schram, our Director of Investments and Incubations, gets a lot on our investment structure: “Why do we set our investments to a draw-down schedule?” Watch Jess break down the advantages of the draw down schedule in the video ???? If you want to read more of Jess’ thoughts on re-imagining startup financing, check out her blog here: https://lnkd.in/gvuA95dj If you want to pick Jess’ brain about funding 1:1, you can book office hours with her here: https://lnkd.in/dTtgAX6e

  • Last week, Product Professor Igor "Iggy" Moliver got a chance to share his product wisdom ???? Our Head of Product and Strategy joined Embarc Collective to walk through a workshop on leading product management as a founder. Iggy covered: ??How to align business goals and product builds through strategic documentation ????The importance of user feedback loops and how we approach them ??Best practices for vetting a technical partner? ??Why measuring user behavior is just as, if not more, important than verbal user feedback? ??The healthy tension between engineering and product teams that breeds lean innovation If you want to pick Iggy’s brain 1:1, you can sign up to chat product during his office hours here: https://lnkd.in/gkHnaUGN Thanks to Embarc Collective for having us!?
