  • Oftentimes a career change or new leadership position can create self doubt instead of self-confidence. We’re faced with imposter syndrome and see all the things we “can’t” do. There are two parts to self-confidence: the ability to do a skill and the belief we can do it. Sometimes, it takes someone else having the belief that we can do it to show ourselves we can, in fact, do it. It’s that perspective that opens us up to new ideas.
