A new chapter has started for us at Reliable Medical. We are excited to for Charles Sargeant to take the reins and for Katie Stevens as she focuses on her new role as Chief People Officer.
Today is an exciting day for me and for Reliable Medical as I step into a new chapter in my journey here. I will be moving into a Chief People Officer role, focused on our employee engagement and development as well as recruiting, growth and reinvestment into the team. Charles Sargeant will be taking the reins of the best organization in CRT as our CEO for this next exciting season. I couldn't have made this decision were it not for Charles stepping in as my successor, and I am so excited to partner with him and support his leadership in the organization that I love. These transitions are not often spoken about, or demonstrated well, but I believe strongly that good leadership means knowing where you best contribute to a team and sometimes making a hard decision.
