To mark the completion of Lake Worth Towers’ renovations, Related Affordable hosted a festive residents’ luncheon. Since acquiring this?senior affordable community?in May 2023, Related Affordable engaged in an extensive renovation process for all 195 units. Residents can now also enjoy?new?and upgraded?communal spaces, including?a new fitness center, library, computer lab and beauty salon.?During the luncheon, we were thrilled to hear how pleased the residents are!

Related California , in partnership with the City of Santa Ana, the County of Orange and A Community of Friends (ACOF), recently celebrated the grand opening of The Crossroads at Washington. This 100% affordable development offers 86 residences for extremely low-income families in Santa Ana, providing housing for locals in need.

Related California 's Related Bristol received unanimous approval from the Santa Ana City Council to move forward with the transformational 41-acre redevelopment of a 1970s-era shopping center along South Bristol Street into a dynamic mixed-used urban village, featuring 3,750 apartments, 350,000 square feet of retail and commercial uses, 200 senior living units and a 250-room hotel. Once completed, Related Bristol will be the largest private investment in Santa Ana’s long history. As proposed, it will generate $500 million in new net revenue for the city in the first 30 years of the project, $544 million in community benefits and 16,800 new jobs. On Wednesday, energyRe, an affiliate of Related Companies, hosted Energized & Empowered: Women Building a Clean Energy Future?in partnership with the British Consulate General in New York, UK Business and Trade - North America, National Grid, and Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), as part of Climate Week NYC 2024, which runs from September 22-29. Last Saturday, Brent Cross Town's community members came together to complete The Maze, a vibrant large-scale art installation. As part of the London Mural Festival, visitors colored in a bold black and white outline that was created by artist H A T C H. Now through September 29, the colorful exhibition will be open daily in Claremont Park for visitors of all ages to enjoy.
