Bob Daney was a great friend and consultant to RAC, and a board member for many years, embodying our company principles, values, and culture. This special award was created in 2006, following his passing, and recognizes individuals who exemplify the qualities that defined Bob’s commitment, integrity, wit, and a passion for life. John’s connection to Bob runs deep. Years ago, John had the unique experience of living with Bob and his wife, Phyllis, during a time when he needed a place to call home. This gesture was a testament to Bob’s compassion and generosity. Over time, their connection grew even stronger as both shared a common link through their work, at both RAC and Driscoll’s. This award celebrates John not only for his professional achievements but also for the way he lives and works—with integrity, humor, and a passion for building connections.
