We at RAI are proud to say that our 2024 EMR is now a 0.54. We take great pride in our EMR rate. ?? If you’ve never heard of this, an EMR, or Experience Modification Rating, is a calculation used by insurance firms to price the cost of workers’ compensation premiums. The rating reflects a variety lagging indicators, such as injury costs or claim history, and offers a prediction of future risk. ??♂? The industry average EMR is 1.0, which means that a contractor is found to be no more or less risky than majority of other contractors. Typically, a rating under 1.0 is considered good, or relatively safe. If your rating is above 1.0 it is considered bad, or riskier. ??♀? Safety is one of our core values, it is integrated in everything we do; whether it be on our job sites, in our fab shops, and even in our offices.?
