He’s worn just about every hat: from finance and estimating to superintendent, project manager, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer. His deep knowledge of every aspect of our business, paired with his relentless drive and commitment to excellence, has made him an irreplaceable part of who we are. ? Danny isn’t just a leader — he’s part of the soul of this company. His passion, integrity, and tireless work ethic have shaped RCG from the ground up and continue to motivate everyone around him. ? Now, as he steps into this new chapter as Managing Partner, we’re excited for what’s ahead. There’s no one more deserving, and no one better suited to help lead us into the future. ? Our projects include renovation, new construction, construction infrastructure, and existing refurbishments. Therefore, when a project has the benefit of a preconstruction phase, we utilize this time to full effect. As Black History Month comes to a close, we thought it was the perfect time to highlight the incredible work happening at the National Urban League Headquarters & Urban Civil Rights Museum—a space dedicated to empowerment, advocacy, and history. Reidy Contracting Group had the pleasure of renovating a 95,000 SF space which will house NUL’s mission-driven work, New York’s first Civil Rights Museum, affordable housing, and community-driven retail spaces.? Bringing this project to life has been an incredible journey, and we can’t wait to see the impact it has on Harlem and beyond. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

RCG is proud to have played a role in shaping the future of the Empire State Building with the completion of a state-of-the-art amenity center for Empire State Realty Trust. This dynamic space offers exclusive tenant perks, including a multi-sport court that transforms into a 400-person town hall, two Trackman golf simulators, three lounges, and stunning Art Deco design details. Building in such an iconic landmark comes with its challenges, but our team delivered with precision, efficiency, and respect for its historic integrity. From custom millwork and a two-story mosaic mural to seamless engineering solutions, this project is a true testament to RCG’s craftsmanship and innovation.
