One of the issues that new coaching entrepreneurs have in establishing their brand, building their product or service line, or generating client leads is understanding their target audience. I’ve worked with several coaches who wanted to branch out on their own or establish their coaching practice is to identify and articulate the solution they offfer. What most of them do is focus on the product or service that they provide how great their talent and skills are and usually their credentials. While this is all very important, it is not the primary focus. In order to really come across genuine, and as a subject matter expert, the primary focus of your coaching practice is to solve a problem for your key target audience. Usually this falls into three different levels. The first level is being able to communicate who your target market is. The second level is being clear what their goals are what they want to achieve and how they are navigating, the problem that they seek support with. And the third item or level is focused on what product or service you have that is an applicable solution to your target market problem or situation Once you master these three levels and you understand them very clearly the rest becomes much more simple to execute and customize to each individual client whom you work with in your coaching practice. ?? Penn Women’s Conference 2024 Wrap-Up! ?? Wow! I’m still buzzing from the energy of the Pennsylvania Women’s Conference on 11/7! Over 500 amazing attendees stopped by our booth, and we had the best time connecting with incredible women leaders, fellow business owners, and professionals who share the vision of unity, empowerment, and growth. We gave away so much good stuff—free training sessions, coaching packages, copies of Coaching for Success, and so much more! The winners left excited, and so did we, knowing our work makes a difference.??? A highlight? Swinging by the ICF Philly Coaching Corner to say “heeeey” to my wonderful chapter and board members who support this event every year.
