Our team at bh&co. visited our friends at Davis-Hawn Lumber Co. & Architectural Millworks this week in Dallas for some industry training. An insightful tour was followed by lunch at Maple and Motor—best burger in Dallas, dare I say?—and then we recorded a Construction Leadership Podcast episode with Dave Reichert (who was a guest waaaaay back on episode 4 in September of 2017) and his three sons in the business: Austin Reichert, Benjamin Reichert, and Will Reichert. (We'll be back in 2031 when Carson joins the fun! We expect to see Darian Reichert there too.) And the man who pulled it all together was David McDaniel. He prefers to cloak his expertise in darkness, to operate in the shadows, and allow everyone else the spotlight. Thank you, David.
