We put our problem-solving skills to the test in an Escape Room - and we made it out! ??) Deb Hildebrand from our staff, along with the case managers at Paradigm, got to relax over lunch after the Escape Room adventure! It was the perfect mix of teamwork, connection, and great conversation. It’s always a pleasure to spend time with such a dedicated group, and we’re excited about what we can accomplish together for our clients. Here's to more adventures and collaborations ahead!

At REHAB AT WORK, we are thankful to all those who have served in the US military. Some spent months or years at a time away from their loved ones in foreign lands. Some never went into combat, but spent hours training to defend our country. Every single one of them displayed courage and dedication....so today we need to stand up and say THANK YOU to our US military!

Our team is back on the road - this time at the Ortho MD annual seminar at Eagles Nest Country Club! Deb and Matt are spending the day in Phoenix, Maryland networking, learning, and growing - including learning about independent medical evaluations from top notch doctors. We aren't building out a new facility (We have ELEVEN locations currently in the DMV!) But where is what we are doing..... ? ? What a night ?? Our team spent the night supporting Kids Chance Maryland at their annual Gala! Clinical Director Nate Paraska, along with Case Management Director Deb Hildebrand, were on hand at the Maryland Museum of Industry as Kids Chance raised money for their scholarship fund. Let's welcome TWO new Occupational Therapists to our team! Madelyn Lehman recently joined our Alexandria location. She looks forward to using occupation-specific therapeutic activities and exercise to help clients return to work. She found her passion for hand therapy while at Shenandoah University, and is already making a big impact working at REHAB AT WORK! Karley Coleman is new to our team as well, working out of our Herndon location. Karley knew she wanted to be an OT from her early college days at Penn State, and went on to pursue a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at Belmont University. Karley says she looks forwards to making a positive difference in her client’s lives - and we are thrilled to have her! We are thankful to have such caring, compassionate, and brilliant young women as part of our REHAB AT WORK family. We know your clients are going to love working with them!

Case Management Director Deborah Hildebrand is bringing back new ideas and info from the 23rd Annual McCandlish Holton Workers' Compensation Seminar. She got great feedback about what we do at REHAB AT WORK, and requests for training, too!
