Located in Fulton County, about 3.5 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta, the property is within a two-mile radius of essential services and offers convenient access to employment via surface streets and I-20. The subject property was in good condition and vacant at closing. It is approximately 3,401 square feet set in an 8,756-square-foot lot. The Borrower had good credit.
