So many children are struggling to cope, unable to learn, socialise, play and enjoy their childhood. When their child is struggling, parents/carers reach out for support, for them to be placed on a long waiting list and 34% of them, turned away. Left feeling hopeless, clueless and unable to cope. We need more preventative services, more awareness and understanding of how we can better support our children, because they matter! At Regul8, we support children to increase their emotional intelligence, improving their resilience, behavior, mood and preventing them from future mental health problems, before they get to crisis point!

What a wonderful time we all had. Providing families with a safe space to spend quality time together, have fun and learn. We hope that we can hold more of these sessions in the future ??
We had a lovely time volunteering our Saturday morning with some families who joined us at our pilot Family Wellbeing cafe yesterday. We all loved the Clubbercise session with the fabulous Emma Parry, where we all took part, encouraging everyone to do some movement as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. This session was an opportunity to talk to the children and parents to find out what they needed and what aspects of the cafe they liked. Their response was they loved it all and when was the next session! Hearing them say that spending quality time with each other together and doing something fun was so encouraging. Now the task to get some funding to enable us to do this on a regular basis. Working in partnership with Regul8 Lydia Rhodes Benjamin Rhodes
