Our Networked Improvement Communities (NICs) are taking off…and for good reason! Grounded in implementation science and supported by experts, these communities break down siloes and bring people together. As Co-Deputy Director Laura Taylor explains, it’s exciting witnessing the energy in the room and the progress being made. NICs identify and study problems, develop ways to solve them, and test those ideas until effective solutions are found. Through collaboration, teams across the states are able to tackle systemic challenges in education and scale those solutions across different locations and contexts. Watch the video to learn a little more about the impact of NICs in Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia, and then explore our NIC page for resources and supports. https://lnkd.in/eYkaVNDm

Teachers contribute more to reading and math outcomes than any other factor of schooling.
