    A national moving services company ditched their 3rd-party call center for AI Agents that helped them qualify leads, drive better answer times, and eliminate abandoned calls ?? Before AI Agents, this company relied on a 3rd-party call center to catch inbound customers who were calling after hours. The issue? The quality of the agents ?? Abandon rates were high, answer rates were low. It felt like money was being spent on low-performing agents who weren't invested in the company. That's because they weren't.
