This has been a complex and interesting project to work on. We are glad and pleasantly surprised with the transformation this site has gone under!
Recently, the project team and I were able to turn over the Kmart Exterior Facade Renovation project AKA “The 905 Building.” This included 12 exterior storefront systems, 7 office windows, 10 structural steel canopies, a new concrete parking lot, metal panel and Nichiha siding, EIFS, exterior tile, site lighting, and a fresh coat of paint. Concurrently, we turned over the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services 14,500 SF tenant improvement project on the south front half of the building. This included all new HVAC ran from relocated existing RTUs, new utility services to and throughout the building, and new construction for office, cubicle, reception, conference, and kitchenette spaces.
