Couldn't be more excited to welcome Mohamed Elhag to the Reform team as the founding engineer and newest Reformer! ?????? Mohamed studied Cognitive Science at?Carnegie Mellon University?and previously worked at?Google?and?Facebook?as a software engineer. In one month, Mohamed has already built a full integration from 0 → 1, shipped numerous new features, met with all of our customers, and put on his vest and joined us in a warehouse to push some code. The best part? I've known Mohamed for more than a decade. I still can't believe that we're back to having calls at 1am to do work just like we did in high school. Only this time the goal isn't to submit a lab report, but to build a unicorn. Truly pumped to be sharing this journey with Mohamed and I can't wait to see what we'll make together. P.S. In the 1950s, Malcom McLean’s invention of the shipping container reshaped global trade. Standardized containers eliminated logistical bottlenecks, slashing costs and enabling goods to flow from any port worldwide. Ports that embraced containerization thrived; others faded, resisting change in the face of inevitability. In fact, the heavily-protective and Marxist trade unions that fought so hard for their workers in places such as New York, London, and Liverpool lost out to ports built specifically for containers that had no prior agreements with dockers. Rotterdam in Holland and Tilbury in England got the business. Fast forward to today, AI is our container. And, like in McLean’s era, innovation meets resistance. The recent port strike reminds us that innovation often challenges established norms. At the same time, it is a reminder that history favors the Reformers.

Our landing page now reflects this evolution while also highlighting key features like RBAC, analytics and integrations. ?? Customer stories: Reform is powering critical processes in the warehouse and the freight forwarding back office, saving thousands of hours of manual work. We highlight specific challenges our customers faced and quantify the impact Reform had. ??
