Prepping RC care bags for the Chester County Point in Time count, which will be conducted overnight January 29th-30th by the Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness. Every January, a “point in time†count takes place across the nation, registering the number of people experiencing homelessness on a given night. We hope that these care bags help individuals stay a little warmer, safer, and drier while letting them know that someone cares about them.
