In her nearly ten years in mental health, DeeDee has shown outstanding dedication to the well-being of adolescents and adults. Her experience spans leadership in both inpatient and outpatient programs, where she has been pivotal in launching adolescent inpatient and outpatient hospitals and championing accessible mental health support. As the former Outreach Manager at Reflections, DeeDee focused on connecting families with our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), providing resources and guidance to navigate the complexities of treatment with compassion. In her new role as Director of Strategic Partnerships, DeeDee will work to further Reflections’ mission of accessible, high-quality mental health care by expanding our network of community and organizational partnerships. Her ability to bridge connections throughout the community will continue to support our commitment to offering comprehensive PHP and IOP services that focus on holistic healing and resilience for both adolescents and adults.
