Congratulations to Jerrod Overholt, our October #ArtisanOfTheMonth! Jerrod joined RTI in March of 2018 as an Ops Manager based in the greater Los Angeles area, and now serves as Director of Upstream Project Operations with RTI Upstream. Jerrod's favorite aspect of his role is “figuring out how to clean different processes and equipment". He’s particularly excited about the opportunities ahead to assist clients and develop innovative procedures and processes. Bringing his passion for creativity to the kitchen as well, Jerrod enjoys cooking for his family and friends. Congratulations to Joel Frederick, our September #ArtisanOfTheMonth! Joel joined RTI in January of 2024 as a Shop Coordinator out of our Houston Distribution Center and hit the ground running. When asked what aspect of his role is his favorite, Joel replied, "the problem-solving... there's something satisfying about identifying a problem and being able to help provide a solution. Another thing I enjoy is the tremendous opportunity to work with and learn from such an incredible team." In his brief time at RTI, Joel has already had many memorable moments and is excited for the future. He said, "It has been exciting to see how new ideas are implemented and grow in importance." Outside of work, Joel loves hiking and spending time in nature. He and his wife even have a goal to visit all of the National Parks! Congratulations to Jake Gaecke, our August #ArtisanOfTheMonth! Jake joined RTI in 2023 as an IT Specialist out of our Support Center. He said the best part of his role is "getting to work directly with every new hire that walks through the door, getting to build relationships, and getting to know all different types of people within the company". Jake is a big outdoorsman and enjoys all activities, particularly golf. "Jake takes ownership and responsibility to assist all Artisans in any way he can. Artisans trust him to get them up and running quickly and to have a great attitude while assisting them. Jake is an integral part of the IT team and represents exceptionally well!"
