As Reference Point’s 2024 Summer Associate program comes to an end, we are excited to announce the hiring of Nate Dominick, who has transitioned into the role of Associate after completing a successful summer internship with us in 2023. Reflecting on a fantastic summer party off of Pier 36! Last Thursday, employees from across our office geographies came together for Reference Point’s annual summer party. It was a wonderful opportunity to unwind and foster connections with colleagues outside of the office, all while celebrating the accomplishments of the first half of the year. Total spending on AI in financial services has steadily increased over the last several years and that trend is only expected to accelerate, boosting total spending from an estimated $35 billion in 2023 to a projected ~$100 billion by 2027.
