Reef Systems Corp is proud to announce that we will be supporting the Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) which will provide the agility and capacity to improve performance and extend longevity of the “human weapon system,” thereby increasing the operational readiness and effectiveness of Aircrew and Special Warfare (SPECWAR), Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW) and Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) communities. The HPO program improves cognitive performance, strengthens emotional resiliency, and increases physical capacity and durability. Cognitive performance addresses learning speed, recall, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Emotional resiliency addresses stress management, mindfulness, and awareness. Physical capacity and durability focus on the physical demands of tactical athletes, thereby elevating on-the-job performance while reducing injury incident rates and medical profile durations. Human Performance (HP) services are needed to support both CONUS and OCONUS operations within the Air Force and DoD. HPO Contractors shall support multiple customers/locations across the USAF and DoD and shall provide complete HP services to meet Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
