We would like to formally introduce the newest member of the Reed Rubber team, Brock Naylor! Brock has joined us as a business development manager servicing the fenestration market in the western US. We sat down with Brock to get to know him a little better, and here is what he had to say: ?????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ???? ???????? ???? ???????? ????????????? When I made the decision to close down my brand consulting business and seek new horizons, the Reeds, longtime friends of mine, reached out to talk about the potential for me to come work with them. After several discussions about the role, my experience, and the company/industry, it was clear that we both had a great deal of opportunity in front of us. I recognized that Reed was exactly the environment I was seeking, and am fortunate that they felt the same confidence about me! ???????? ???? ???????? ???????????????? ??????????? Skiing! I raced slalom and giant slalom in high school before moving to the altitude-challenged geography of the great Midwest. While I don't get to the slopes nearly as much as I'd like, a clean carve across fresh corduroy still holds a very special spot in my heart. ???????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????????? ?????? ????????? People and places! I'm excited to travel to new places, get local perspectives, and try every local specialty food I can get my hands on. I'm huge on 'experiences,' so I hope to fill all of my down time during on-site visits with local cuisine and activities. ???????????????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ???? ??????????? I am tremendously grateful to be working with a team that so firmly recognizes the importance of family. While I am tremendously committed to success of the company, clients, and my own career, I am a husband and father above all. We are very fortunate at Reed that the foundational values of the company support that personal ethos.?

Earlier this week we hosted our first ever Reed Rubber Health and Safety Day! Members of our team were offered flu shots and biometric health screenings, ate some delicious and healthy lunch, and attended seminars on living a healthier lifestyle, combating burnout, conflict de-escalation, and fire safety. Special thanks to St. Luke's Hospital and Cintas for helping out with our big day!

Last Saturday our volunteers got to spend time giving back to our community at the Beyond Housing Beyond The Backpack drive. We helped provide school supplies, uniforms, shoes, and haircuts to over 3,000 students in North Saint Louis.
