We kicked off RedTag Day at the Omni in Louisville with a bang, unveiling our bold 2025 call to action: Leave Ordinary Behind! This mantra isn’t just for our clients; it’s a full-on challenge to our team to take big swings and shake things up. The day was packed with energy—everyone buzzing about the agency’s future, exciting updates, and fresh ideas. We even had some powerhouse guest speakers: Emily McKinley, Deputy Chief of LMPD, and Matt Jamie, the visionary behind Bourbon Barrel Foods, who brought stories and insights that got us fired up. If 2025 is about one thing, it’s this: we're here to make waves and prove that ordinary has no place in the RedTag playbook!

While their creativity truly carved out the win, we have to say—every floor brought their A-game with amazing designs. ??

Chief Paul Humphrey’s swearing-in ceremony was a huge success, and RedTag's "One Metro—One Mission" tagline took center stage, becoming the heartbeat of LMPD's new vision for a safer, stronger Louisville. From brainstorm to reality, our team didn't just rebrand a department—we helped unify a community. Louisville's future is bright, and we're proud to be lighting the way!
