Not only is Jalin an outstanding Maintenance Supervisor, but he is also an incredible human being whose dedication, work ethic, and resilience inspire us all. Day after day, month after month, he has shown unwavering commitment, taking on the immense responsibility of maintaining both of my lease-ups—IZZY Apartments (133 units) and Streetcar Flats (75 units)—entirely on his own. His grit, perseverance, and positive attitude never waver, no matter the challenge. Jalin approaches every task with excellence, always wearing a smile, and never hesitating to go the extra mile. I truly could not do this without him, and my gratitude is endless.
