A fan of true crime podcasts and sci-fi shows, she believes in perseverance and lives by the motto: “Kunzima but if you give up kuzoba worse”, meaning?never give up or things will only get harder. ?????Davina Taefi, Supply Chain Manager Hailing from Hamburg, Germany, Davina has built a career in supply chain management across the construction and mining industries. She thrives on solving logistical challenges and streamlining procurement across sites. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, hiking and beekeeping—a hobby that keeps her as busy as a hive! Another group of leaders from Redpath came together in Brisbane this week to participate in the LEAN Leaders Course facilitated by Clynton Jaffray from Productivity Improvers. The numbers of Redpath leaders that have now attended this course hit 200 since 2018, which is an exceptional investment in creating and sustaining a Continuous Improvement culture within Redpath Australia. A special mention again to Grydale? for allowing the group to see first hand their LEAN journey. In 2024, Redpath Australia took a significant step towards reducing its carbon footprint at our Brisbane office by installing 80kW of solar panels to the building. Benefitting from Brisbane’s subtropical climate and abundant sunshine, the panels now supply nearly 50% of our electricity requirements. In the 9 months since installation, this transition has delivered substantial environmental benefits. We estimate we have cut CO? emissions by nearly 40 tonnes —the emissions reduction the equivalent of planting 2,171 trees. These outcomes demonstrate Redpath’s commitment to minimising our environmental impact and advancing our broader sustainability goals.

As part of our commitment to celebrating this loyalty, we’ve recently installed Long Service Awards boards at our Brisbane and Perth Offices as well as our Kalgoorlie Service Centre. ?? Bullen Underground Rehabilitation Advancing Successfully ?? Pantoro Limited (ASX:PNR) is pleased to report significant progress on the rehabilitation of the Bullen decline at the Norseman Gold Project, with approximately 250 metres completed to date. Ground conditions have proven excellent, allowing for efficient re-establishment of services to the latest industry standards. This marks a key step forward in preparing for underground drilling at the Mainfield, scheduled to commence in March 2025. The Mainfield has historically produced over half of the 6 million ounces at Norseman and remains a cornerstone of Pantoro's growth strategy. Commenting on the milestone, Managing Director Paul Cmrlec highlighted the exceptional exploration potential at the Mainfield and Pantoro's commitment to unlocking its value through targeted development and drilling. ??
