Redmond recently collaborated with Gensler and R2 Companies on the conference center buildout at the Chicago Board of Trade Building. Located on the 2nd floor of 141 W Jackson, the space provides ample conferencing space as well as open lounge areas for the building. We’re especially excited to share that the Chicago Board of Trade Building has been named a finalist for Redevelopment of the Year (Reposition of the Year category) at the 37th Annual Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Awards! Congratulations to R2 and the entire project team on this well-deserved recognition. Shoutout to the Redmond team of Louie Ricciardi, Joe Cortese, Juan Melendez, Brendan Toolan, Anthony Urso, and Tony Tosterud for their incredible work on this amenity space!??

Redmond is excited to share that we recently collaborated with geniant + Eastlake Studio (acquired by geniant) on the buildout of Chapel St. Cafe!?? The buildout of the Aussie-inspired restaurant required extensive electrical and lighting coordination, allowing for flexible and customized lighting options, as well as heavy coordination of structural supports to align with the space’s intricate design. A huge thank you to our additional project partners and our talented Redmond team—Louie Ricciardi, Johnny Kopach, Juan Melendez, Steven Maentz, and Luke Miller—for bringing this unique vision to life. Redmond recently partnered with BOX Studios and Lumen Workplace to renovate Wilton Brands' headquarters in Naperville. The bright and inviting space graciously reflects the renowned baking?and decorating company's rich history and evolution. Our work included renovating conference areas, closing an internal staircase, upgrading MEP infrastructure, and reconstructing?Wilton’s education and test kitchen spaces to better meet their needs. She brings more than two decades of experience?leading large-scale, complex projects, particularly in healthcare, life sciences, and laboratory facilities. She has successfully delivered over $1.8 billion in healthcare, lab, and cleanroom spaces for industry leaders such as UC Health, HCA, UCSF, Stanford, Sutter Health, UC Davis Kaiser, Agilent, Google, Entegris, AGC Biologics, Microsoft, and more. ? Victoria is recognized as an industry thought leader.?She has been a featured speaker at Advancing Preconstruction and Integrated Project Delivery conferences since 2018, sharing insights on healthcare, lab, and cleanroom construction project design, delivery and execution. In addition to her hands-on experience, she is involved in various industry organizations and extracurriculars that display her commitment to empowering the next generation and professional development.
