关于我们
Redhead specializes in brand strategy and marketing for social change. We believe that, through sound creativity and execution, we can help improve our world and make it a smarter, more beautiful, and more equitable place. More specifically, we're passionate about working with mission-led organizations and cities. Redhead Missions: We envision a time when equity is standard, access is a foregone conclusion, and basic human rights are non-negotiable. Until then, we help experts at mission-led organizations get their messages heard, their work realized, and their visions achieved. Redhead Cities: We help Midwestern cities showcase their unique qualities in order to retain residents, attract investment, and build a strong sense of place. Friends, our hearts are full. Last night, our Redtrospective was a blast. It was wonderful to celebrate our 25-year anniversary with our friends. Memories were shared, glasses were raised, and being in a room full of people who played a role in our many years of success maybe got us a little misty-eyed. Our team is so grateful for all of the love, and our brains are already buzzing with inspiration to carry us through 2025 and on. Love, The Reds

We're 25! Celebrating our 25th anniversary is not solely a reflection on how far Redhead has come, but a thank you to every individual and organization that has played a role in our story. In our latest blog post, our founder Jen reflects on reaching this milestone and her hopes for the years ahead. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/gVZqPsga

This February, Redhead celebrates 25 years of business. Redhead started, as Jen likes to say, in a spare bedroom with a couple hundred bucks in the bank. We’ve come a long way since then, and we’ve got a lot to show for it. To celebrate this milestone, we’re transforming Nelson Gallery (our sister business, conveniently located below our office) into a chronicle of logos from our two-plus decades of brand development work. Why logos? While they’re only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what we do, they are the symbol that people embrace to represent a brand, show allegiance, and signal intention. They are incredibly powerful visual symbols that, when used well, can transform your organization’s perception in the marketplace. And — these tidy little symbols are also a great way to conceptualize the breadth of organizations we’ve been lucky to work with over the years. On February 6th, we’re hosting a little soiree — a Redtrospective, if you will — to kick things off, and we’re excited to raise a glass with the ever-expanding list of folks we consider "Friends of Redhead”. If you’d like to share this moment with us, you can RSVP here: https://lnkd.in/gsrmJbD2 And, if you can’t make the Redtrospective, our anniversary exhibition will be on display during regular business hours at Nelson Gallery from February 1-28.

Sometimes it is fun to get lost in indecision — to keep playing and exploring infinite possibilities. More often than not though, indecision will slowly kill the enthusiasm you originally had for a project. In our latest blog post, our graphic designer Kelly shares her key to squashing the endless loop of indecision. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/gDa5SZfv

A bellwether is an industry leader, a predictor of things to come – a fitting moniker for the team over at Martin Waymire. With more than 20 years experience operating at the intersection of public relations and public policy, Martin Waymire was looking for a refreshed brand as the agency entered its next chapter. We were proud to play a part in developing a new visual persona and messaging that would reflect its values, areas of focus, and personality. Check out the new look we fashioned for them over at Bellwether Public Relations.

Creativity doesn’t happen in a vacuum — it’s shaped by our shared experiences, symbols, and the ever-evolving remix of ideas. Because of this, originality can feel elusive. In our latest blog post, our design director Rosie dives into the ways designers and communicators can embrace shared understanding while staying authentic and impactful.
