Yesterday we said goodbye and celebrated the life of our dear mentor, friend, and colleague, Greg Bialecki. Greg was both brilliant and selfless, a rare combination that made him stand out in any situation. His patience was boundless, allowing him to approach even the most challenging conversations with calm and clarity. His approach was never self-serving; instead, he focused on the well-being and success of others, always striving to make a positive impact. Greg had an exceptional ability to dissect complex issues, presenting them in a way that was both accessible and logical. Kyle B. Warwick recounted: I first met Greg in 1998, when “interviewing” him (actually, he may have been interviewing me!) to stay on as land use counsel for the Fan Pier design and approvals. The Fan Pier work was the beginning of a 26-year run that I am so grateful to have had. ?He soon became a beloved and trusting mentor to me and many members of our team. Greg was a tremendous husband, father, and grandfather, who dedicated much of his life to public service and creating opportunities for all through his various philanthropic endeavors, civic service, and approach to real estate. Greg’s passing is a profound loss that will be felt by all who knew him. On behalf of each of us at Redgate, our sincerest condolences go to his family, friends, and all the lives he touched. Greg’s everlasting impact will live on each day in our loving memory and the invaluable knowledge and life lessons he shared with each of us. We are forever grateful for our friendship and for the opportunity to work alongside and learn from such an incredible person. ? With Greg in our hearts, we are inspired to rise higher and achieve more together.?

This vibrant new dining destination will bring day-to-night coastal dining to the #wellness-focused?#GibsonPoint?residences. Currently under construction and slated to open in early 2025, Mila’s will offer residents and visitors a seamless experience from morning café vibes to an evening bar and lounge, all set against stunning waterfront views. “Mila’s will be a place for gathering and connecting, with both residents and the broader community enjoying its warm, welcoming atmosphere,” said Damian A. As an EVP, Kristi leads the firm’s Institutional Services practice, managing client accounts, generating new business, and serving as principal in charge on project assignments. Over the past decade, she has utilized integrated project delivery to successfully guide large institutional clients, including Boston Medical Center (BMC), one of the largest healthcare systems in the Greater Boston area, and Bunker Hill CC, the largest community college in Massachusetts. Kristi completed her term as President of the Professional Women in Construction Boston Chapter in August 2024. As a long-time member and past chair of sponsorship of the organization, she created the organization’s fundraising strategy. Currently under construction, Sturdy Health’s new medical office building will consolidate oncology?and specialty care—including cardiology, gastrointestinal, general surgery, pain management, and urology—into one building, expanding services and enhancing patient care. Since 1913, the hospital has served as a cornerstone of the Greater Attleboro community, offering comprehensive healthcare to its patients from infancy through adulthood.
