From the halls of the University of Virginia to Y Combinator to Condé Nast (and back again), Reddit's origin story is anything but typical, which makes it very Reddit. Throughout it all, community has always been at the heart of everything we do. Hear from our Co-founder/CEO Steve Huffman, CTO Chris Slowe, and COO Jen L. Wong on the latest episode of #CrucibleMoments podcast: "The Making and (Remaking) of the Front Page of the Internet." https://lnkd.in/gaaDw3F5

Earlier this month, we kicked off the 2024 class of Key Talent Program (KTP), which recognizes our top-performing Snoos for their exceptional performance. This 3-month program offers a customizable experience with 10+ different options for participants to choose how they’d like to grow, giving them hundreds, if not thousands, of ways (we didn’t do the math) to reach their development goals. By the end of the program, they will have formed deeper connections with other Snoos, honed their skills in workshops, worked 1:1 with professional coaches, participated in AMAs with execs, and learned from high-performing peers in group coaching sessions. Upvotes to our KTP organizers, Alex Ganes and Genaro Bonilla, and cheers to our 2024 KTP crew!
