Amanda Sanchez is a Client Account Manager II in our Mid Market Sales team. And when she's not helping brands be successful on Reddit, she's leading our Employee Resource Group for Latine Snoos, OLE. When asked about stand-out moments here, two experiences came to mind: "My proudest moment happened at our annual ERG Lead Summit this year—I had the privilege of speaking on a panel about the importance of leadership and fostering a sense of belonging for our teams. However, the most memorable moment was witnessing our company go public. So many exciting things are happening, and I’m grateful to be a part of this journey."

Merle Bombardieri is a 75-year-old therapist who coaches people about one of the biggest life decisions they'll make: whether they should have kids. She's also a beloved (and active) poster in r/Fencesitter, a community of 70K redditors who are facing that very decision. Each week, Bombardieri spends an average of five hours giving advice and responding to individual concerns. She views her participation in the community as a moral obligation: “Not everybody can buy a book. A lot of people can’t afford a coach or a therapist. And I really want the information to be out there.”

In our mainstream era. ? "Reddit's in almost a sweet spot: not so big that it's completely ruined by corporatization, not so niche and unwieldy that it's a hellscape.?It's part social media, part search engine, part just a place for real answers." - Emily Stewart for Business Insider.

r/NASA is out of this world. Since 2008, it's been the go-to space (see what we did there) for everything NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration-related—from history to current missions to rare memorabilia. There's even an "Upcoming Rocket Launches" section in the sidebar that's updated in real-time. ?? Over the years, they've built a thriving community around these topics and recently celebrated a huge milestone: reaching over five million members. Here are *some* of our favorite posts, starting with one shared by astronaut Matthew Dominick from the International Space Station.
